Just got my new Kraken Tournament Edition headphones. Im having the same issue with Synapse 3.5 not detecting any devices. Ive uninstalled and followed all the basic support step but no dice... Anyone have a real fix for this? Yes its the default device Yes ive uninstalled and reinstalled Yes the firmware is up to date Yes all drivers are up to date Yes im going to throw this through the wall. :)
