Synapse 3.5.630.61222 - No Preview, hangs in Broadcaster, cant click on options to continue


Hello,



I have the Razer Kiyo for a while now but since a week I am Stuck with a Problem. The Camera works Perfectly and I can use it in any Application that can use a Cam. The Problem is that I can't change any Settings in Razer Synapse 3. ( Screenshot shows the Broadcast page)

Everything I tried so far:



  • Use Repairmode of Razer Synapese

  • Reinstall Razer Synapse multiple Times

  • Deactivate the Cam in the Device Manager and reinstall the Driver



  • Search for a new Driver ( Already got the newest )



  • Update Windows 10 ( Newest installed )



I searched for an answer in the Web but couldn't find one... I'm hoping someone can help me here.

  • Edition : Windows 10 Pro

  • Version: 1909

  • Systemtyp: 64-Bit



PC:



  • CPU : i9-9900K @3.60 GHz



  • GPU : 2x Nvidia 1070Ti in SLI Mode



  • RAM : 32 GB



  • MB : MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON

Hi there! Please send me the following:

a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)
b. Windows version (Hit Windows + R to Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Synapse 3.0 logs.

Save the files via Google Drive or to another line drive account then paste the link together with your PM. I'll pick it up from there.
Same problem for me bought today, works in OBS but no preview or editing settings in Synapse 3, also the autofocus and manual focus isn't working...

edit: by removing and reinserting the USB the autofocus works again
My Problem escalated to the Razer Support on Level 2. Am I allowed to post the Steps it took me and the Support to fix the Problem here?

Thanks @Sh4dowS0ul, I've followed all the steps but for me it doesn't work. I've still the same problem
