Synapse 3 and Naga Chroma not working
I tried out the new Synapse 3 beta and it doesn't work with the Naga, there's a huge delay when I press buttons I've configured. For example if I set the mouse wheel click to register the F key.. in games it takes maybe 15 seconds for it to respond. Synapse 2 it's instant. So I went back to that.
Also can you find a way to import profiles from 2 to 3? That would save so much time moving over once the bugs are sorted.

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far for the delay issue? Did the issue start before or after the 1903 Windows patch?
Hi:
I've never used synapse 3 before and I have upgraded my windows client to 1903. The reason I wanted to try 3 is because Synapse 2 keeps using up to 15% of my CPU I7 7820HK. Keeps bouncing from 8-15% I looked around for some fixes like swapping out usb ports and such. No luck. I did remove the software and all the folders and removed what I could find in the registry and a fresh install of 2 still uses too much cpu. I went back to it though since 3 didn't work at all. I played around with making profiles and setting the delays no luck on 3 still got an odd delay. Synapse 2 no issue on that at least.

When you installed Synapse 3, did you also refresh the Naga Chroma drivers? If you want to give it another go, please send me a PM so I can help you sort this out.
