I've had this issue for probably half a year if not even longer.
I've tried everything one can think of
- reinstall synapse
- reinstall all the plug ins
- remove all the files relating to synapse after a complete uninstall
- reset Hue Bridge
- reset the whole entertainment area
- contact Hue (they see no issues)
- latest software update on everything
- pretty sure in between I even had a PC reset
I’ve submitted multiple tickets to Razer support but no one has bothered to reply to me. When trying to do a full ticket with diagnostics and stuff from the synapse app, it just doesn’t work no matter how many times I try to do it.
Basically it used to sync, at one point it bugged and it stopped working. I removed the bridge from synapse and tried to reconnect and that was it. It never succeeded in finding it again. I tried manually adding the IP but it didn't work. It works on my laptop, but not on my PC. I don't know what the problem would be. I have the same apps on both devices, especially anti virus apps.
