my Synapse 3 always show on start up even I checked "minimize to system tray"
and the update notification always pops up at startup too when there's a new version EVEN THOUGH I checked "automatically check for updates" off ... seems none of the setting works it just pop up anyways...
btw my system is the newest version of windows 10.
It's so annoying and wasted a lot of my time searching for a solution...and typing this support forum....
if this doesn't fix. I will never use any razer devices again .
I have the exact same problem, even tho i have selected minimise at start up from settings..
Same problem, and I reported it to Razer support.
This is on a fresh windows 10 1809 install, with minimal other packages installed.
No other software is displaying this behavior - for example, if I configure Telegram messenger to launch minimized at start, it launches minimized at start.
I have even tried configuring Synapse to *not* launch at start, let alone launch minimized... it still launches, even though Windows 10 also reports it as not configured to launch.

Same here. Nothing clears it.
so...is there any offical support help? or how to contact them?
I have this synapse update only when I installed Razer Surround. For me the update is to install synapse 2 and so I just close it anyway
