Synapse 3 app on MacBook Pro not detecting BlackWidow Elite keyboard.
hi, I have a MacBook Pro 2019 running the latest software Big-Sur. and since it only has usb-c ports I am using an adapter to have it connected to the MacBook. But when I installed the Synapse 3 application for MAC and opened it, the application won't detect the keyboard, it says "please connect a synapse enabled device". I've also tried connecting the keyboard to the windows laptop my dad owns through the same USB-c Hub and it seems to be working fine. which brought me to a conclusion that there is no problem in using a USB-c hub. on the other hand I've also tried adding profiles to the keyboard memory through my dad's laptop but once I connected it back to my MacBook the profiles won't work. since there is no problem with using a usb-c hub with windows laptop, I assume that it should also work just fine with the MacBook Pro. I urge the dev team to fix this issue because there are a lot of MacBook users who would love to use these keyboards will complete RGB controls. Please please please fix this!!!
