synapse 3 broken and i dont see my profiles

I'm one day checking my synapse studio because I don't see the profile I made for my keyboard and after going to the studio this is what I see https://prnt.sc/x41e7q ignore the first profile it's just me trying to fix it but as you see it didn't work plus IDK why but razer just don't want me to contact them and giving me random staff can someone help with those profiles?
