Synapse 3 Causing Audio Crackle

so when the synapse 3 softrware is installed, music seems crackly.. ( synapse 3 is installed for my RGB effects.. unfortunately ) if i uninstall synapse. sounds perfect. but then everything RGB is basic and kinda pointless IMO installing synapse 3 causes crackling ( so obviously the hardware is fine ) any ideas how to solve this issue ( im using the huntsman mini, deathadder v2, firefly v2, nari essentials headset) really annoying how just installing software would cause this. ( adjusting audio settings does not fix this) just a complete removal of the synapse solves the issue. any ideas / help is appreciated.
