Synapse 3 causing my Mid 2019 RB15 fans to turn up to max speed on boot

I have an issue with my newly purchased Mid 2019 Razer Blade 15, where in the Synapse 3 software would cause the fans to turn up to max speed on a fresh boot. The cpu isnt under load, and as soon as the Synapse 3 software loads (from booting up Windows) the fans start to speed up all the way to the max. This happens on every boot or restart, and the only way for the fans to slow down is to exit the Synapse app from the task bar. Then I can re-launch Synapse again. Specs of my Razer Blade: 240Hz, i7-9750H, RTX 2080 Max Q.

and you're sure you don't have the setting requesting the fan speed to max? I would toggle the fan settings anyways just to force a "re-save" of those options. Toggle fan manual, try max, then try min, then reset to auto? (and use balanced imho)

Synapse is in its default setting. There is another guy in another forum experiencing the same issue I have. But I will try your suggestion of toggling the fan settings in hope to re-save the fan settings.

Hi there. Are you still having the same issue? If so, have you tried reinstalling Synapse? If you haven't, please do and let me know if it helps. ~moving this to the support board.

The issue persists and the only fix was a clean install of Windows. Tried re-installing, even restoring the factory image. Some RB15 users also have the same experience over at notebookreview forum

Hey did a clean install fix your issue? i have had 3 blade 15 mid 2019 all having same problem.

I have the same issue. when blade 15 (240 hz) is not being charged, Synapse 3 makes fans running high. When the power is plugged in, everything becomes normal and quiet.

Definitely a bug with synapse causing this.. seems like most 2019 RB15 owners experience this. Try exiting the Synapse app next time it occurs then relaunch it. it. if that will fix the fan speed issue.
