Synapse 3 Chroma Connect Issues

I just finished building a brand new PC, running Windows 10 x64 Pro. I purchased Thermaltake RGB Plus products, the floe riing 360, irgb plus 850w power supply, and the Riing Trio 12 fans. I installed the Thermaltake TT RGB Plus software and the latest version 1.2.61, and in Chroma Connect it sees the Thermaltake but no matter what I hit it isn't doing anything to change the lights. I hit the Chroma connect in the TT RGB Plus software but it says it can't synchronize or find it. I'm not sure what is going on, I've tried reinstalling both programs but getting the same result. I also have an MSI z390 gaming pro carbon ac motherboard with mystic lights, I installed the mystic light software version 3.0.0.46. Chroma Connect sees this, just like it sees the Thermaltake, but refuses to take control of the motherboard lighting. I've also tried reinstalling this program to the same results. I have tried running everything in administration mode but I still can't get razer chroma connect to take control of anything. Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

Still doesn't look like they fully added support for msi yet (Probably on MSI side) I'm at the same point, doesn't sync up but shows up.

I've actually ended up getting it working. When I was trying it I didn't have my Razer hardware (keyboard, mouse, mousepad) hooked up to my new computer. As soon as I plugged those in Thermaltake's TT RGB Plus was able to connect to Chroma right away. I can get MysticLight to sync, but it is really buggy and usually freezes after 30-45 minutes so I think MSI still has bugs

hmm, I hope they fix it soon. Hopefully just not a feature on the z390 boards either. When i enable, it sometimes flashes a color, but doesn't seem like it can really grab the motherboard. Hopefully all will be fixed soon. Glad you got yours to work kinda.

I had to install the standalone mystic light program, then I had to turn it on, and then turn it back off, and usually after doing that chroma will grab it, but the key is the mystic light program must be switched to off for chroma to work

Quick update on my end, im using the music sync for razer and that syncs to the motherboard, and so does black ops 4, but just being outside that it dont work.( If i wasn't in any app, it wont sync with msi mystic light) And thanks turning on and off seemed to help grab it. Seems like its very bugged.

Yea, my guess is they still have some work to do on it to get it to work properly. I'm glad you were able to get at least a little something going though
