synapse 3 control shift A not working in games

apex /fortnite tested. ctrl shift a not working. shut down synapse 3 the key combination works. Anyone else notice this?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. When did this behavior start? Have you tried replicating this behavior by logging in as a guest user? Does the issue happen to other applications/games while Razer Synapse 3.0 is running? Should the issue persists, please perform the steps here. Let me know if it helps.

im also having this issue. same as stated above, shutting down synapse removes the issue. ive deleted all my keyboard profiles to see if it was an issue with that, and nothing helped. ive verified that this issue is global. the computer is registering the control key just fine, but for some reason the control shift A combo doesnt work, even when other control shift combos work. i have not yet found any other combinations that dont work, so afaik its just this one. its hard to say exactly when this started as i really have no real sense of time, but i think it started around a month ago?? this is a combination i use often with my programs so itd be nice to be able to use it without having to close synapse since i need access to profiles too... ive also discovered that no matter what brand of keyboard is used, the same issue occurs when synapse 3 is running.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Does this behavior happen to other games or applications as long as Razer Synapse is running? By the way, hijacking other user's posts are against our house rules. I'll be locking this thread now. Please send me or the other mods a PM. Let's continue from there.


Note: If your Razer Synapse 3.0 has an Alexa Module and not using it, please uninstall the module and see if it helps.
