Synapse 3 crashing

So we have 3 computers with Razer synapse 3 on them in the house and 2 of them have my account connected. The weird thing is on none of them razer synapse 3 works. it launches and apllies the chroma effects but it crashes every time after a few seconds and i get this message. Is this a known issue?
The screenshot says there is a error and you have to restart the program.

Please perform a clean installation of the app by following this guide. After that, you will want to download the latest .Net Framework from here. Send me the system and application logs from Windows Event Viewer if the problem persists.
