Synapse 3 Crashing when wntering "System" | Razer Insider

Hello; as in topic.

Initially everything was fine, at one point synapse started crashing (possibly after Win10 update). I reinstalled it multiple times, opened it as administrator, ensured that its not blocked by firewall or antivirus and rebooted my computer. Nothing works, it still crashes few seconds after entering "System". I already have logs and event saved.

BTW, I find it very unprofessional that I can't chat/talk with tech support. Really all you guys have to offer is "ask our community"? You want your customers to do your job?

If you haven't, please send me your Razer Synapse logs, screenshots of the "Winver", and "msinfo32" window. Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue our conversation there.
It's because you most likely have a custom color profile in Windows. You need to remove the custom color profile which have been added after the color calibration tool has run.



The interesting thing is that Razer support SHOULD know about this issue already. It was already discussed in another topic plus I've already reported in through their e-mail support. So they should be knowing about this quite some time.
Same thing is happening to me but turning my color profile in windows off custom did not work. Every time I try and open Razer Synapse it fails to start. I have tried to uninstall Razer Synapse and reinstall it and it did not work. I also tried to repair it, modify it, and manually delete all the razer files and try and install it but nothing work. I also tried running it with admin and add it as a exclusion in windows defender. Nothing works and I need help!

And yes, the posted steps will work but not for everyone, that's the reason why the team invites all users to send their logs to investigate the application's behavior.
