Synapse 3 does not switch profiles on game change

I have created several profiles for key lights. Synapse does switch them when starting and stopping a game....but not everytime. All works perfect for one day. On the next day synapse is stuck to the profile of the most recent game I played. ...using blackwidow elite (current model 2020) thanks ahead Matze

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern to our support board. When did the issue start? Did you recently update your computer to Razer Synapse 3.0 and Windows updates? Have you tried replicating the issue by signing in as a guest user in Razer Synapse 3.0?
