Synapse 3 doesn’t see my trinity mouse

It can detect my black widow chroma keyboard, but not my trinity mouse. The mouse works fine otherwise. It is plugged directly into my pc. This really stinks because it means I can’t program anything for the buttons which is why I got it in the first place.
