synapse 3 dpi issue

im having an issue where i dont know if this is something new or not but i have a razer lancehead te and for some reason on my razer synapse when i go to change the dpi all the levels can not go past 1000 nor can i edit the lighting on the mouse

Have there been any changes to your system before this started? A Windows or Synapse update, perhaps? Either way, please send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 and Synapse build version. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me your Synapse logs. You can use this to collect the files. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
