Synapse 3 Error

Hi, I have a Thresher 7.1 PS4 Wireless, im trying to put it on Synpase 3 and the headsets doesnt appear at the app, I tried everything but seems that nothing works... I have also a Keyboard and it appears perfectly but dont know why is so much problems with my headsets :S
