Synapse 3 Failed to start after download Tartarus V2

After a clean reinstall, it still says failed to start. Any Ideas? Windows 10 Home Legion Desktop I5 10100 GTX 1660 Super 16Gb Ram

Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Please click this link and perform the following steps provided. If the problem persists, send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32, and send me your MSI Logs.

1. Visit this page and see how to enable the MSI logging.
2. Once MSI logging is enabled, run the installation and confirm if the error persists.
3. Collect the following logs:

• %temp%\\ SynapseUninstall.log file
• %temp%\\ MSIxxx.LOG

Note: These will only become available if MSI logging is enabled.
