Synapse 3 haven't quick effect for Huntsman Quartz and chroma studio haven't wave effect how to fix ? or Huntsman not support wave effect ?

You have for sure some kind of bug. First try to remove all razer softwere and delete folders in appdata and programfiles that stay next remove keybord from windows device menager and unplug it reboot pc when windows boot plug back keybord driver will install and download new fresh synapse installer from razer website and install it.
