My headphones are registred on the razer side, but they are not in the synapse app. What can be reason of that? Can someone help me with that?

What specific Razer headset do you have? Only USB enabled devices can be detected by the Razer Synapse software. You can try using the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a PM along with its serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
