Around Christmas time last year I bought a Cynosa Chroma keyboard. No problems with that, it runs perfectly. But once I plugged it in, it gave me the option to install the Synapse 3 to change the colours etc. I was installing it when it stopped installing and gave me the error "Server Access Unavailable, please check your internet connection." I thought nothing about it and forgot about it, until now. Its infuriating me because every time I try to install it it gives me the same error....

Time. (And I've done it about 8 times, maybe more...I haven't kept count)
I've tried everything I can think of, I've even tried installing it from their website instead of getting the prompt by unplugging the replugging the computer in.
Is it to do with my laptop being a basic Windows 10 A9-7th Gen AMD Acer computer?
I'm not sure how many specific specs I can give about this computer, but someone please save me.
