Synapse 3 Keeps logging out

Synapse 3 won't stay logged in for more than a few seconds. I've completely reinstalled it twice now. I'ce reset my password too and the problem persists. I've had it before but it always stopped after a few days but that hasn't happened this time. Anyone else have this problem and know how to solve it? Many Thanks
