Synapse 3 + Kiyo issue ("The current Settings on your camera is different [...]")

Hey, same issue as this thread: /issue-with-kiyo-in-synapse-3.54741/ Just plugged in the razer kiyo, works right away with OBS Studio, is recognized right away by Synapse 3, and a popup appears with the text "The current settings on your camera is different from Razer Synapse. Which settings would you like to keep?" Camera/Synapse. But I can't click either button in the popup, so can't adjust any of the settings in Synapse. Please let me know if there is a solution to this problem.
