synapse 3 kraken ultimate becomes busted after a while

synapse 3 just seems to eventually stop working for my headphones as time goes by. thx audio apps just become greyed out randomly not letting me activate or deactivate it, as well as not letting me change EQ or enhancement settings. replugging the headset or rebooting synapse does not fix the issue. rebooting my system does fix it but it takes time and im sick of it because it keeps happening. ive done a clean uninstall and reinstall of synapse 3 as well but it does not fix the issue either. i just woke up to write this so let me know any questions or needed info and ill be happy to provide because this app is making my life a living hell right now.

    yes, just like that. everything gets blanked out as well as i can't change anything then the effects and eq stops working completely like, i dont even do anything for this to happen it has a whole mind of its own

    Well at least i am not alone here =) So i am talking to support team about this case since january and they tell me that they are working on it but for now no solution. Looks like here is a compability issue with a THX drivers which may take time to solve. May i ask you to type to support aswell and describe this problem - much we provide them with info - faster they solve it. This case is either rare or our symptoms are rare - because if you look at MSinfo file - you ll see a THX crash reports all the time like that ( i ll put a screen) so the programm works unstable and this crash can be caused by absolutely anything. So unfortunatelly it is either windows 190... series or our PC incombability with syn 3 THX drivers... Edit 1: I started to notice this thing since november when 1909 windows came out. But anyway this problem cannot be solved by ourselves, i tried everything - methods support suggested and full windows reinstall + BIOS updates Edit 2: Btw just for info - this thing happens when you close or quit some application like games, streamlabs etc. For example i am playing BF5, when i do a quit from game - this thing/crash happens.

    @snuffffles To be honest, there isn't much that we can do since the problem is the THX module. Do send me a PM with your Synapse 3.0 logs so I can forward it to our Software Team. You can use this to collect the necessary files then upload them to GDrive or Dropbox.

    @snuffffles To be honest, there isn't much that we can do since the problem is the THX module. Do send me a PM with your Synapse 3.0 logs so I can forward it to our Software Team. You can use this to collect the necessary files then upload them to GDrive or Dropbox.
    I have sent you Razer Logs. I have this problem too. Sometimes when i power on Nari Ultimate, i cant get into settings for the headphones (infinite grey loading). It helps when i Exit all razer apps.... The second problem is that i had to reinstall Synapse 3 a few times to this day.... there was no sound, software completely crashed, nothing changed it, just reinstall and cleaning registry.

      Did reinstall and cleaning helped you? I have done all these in february and plus i reinstalled fully windows for 2 times so it was clean setup and clean PC without anything, updated BIOS on motherboard and still this thing (grey out and crashes happen) nowadays Edit: I have updated my windows and made windows update for all my files - still this problem persists, 2004 windows version didnt help to resolve issue, PLUS i got my THX spatial crash at all and there is no sound at all, previously i at least had a sound working.

      I understand that you're already in contact with our Support Team so please continue to communicate with the team. Going as far as rolling back to a 2004 version is a bit too extreme and it's probably too old of a build for Synapse and all the other modules to work properly anyways. That said, I appreciate you trying to find your own fix for this.

      Old? it is the new one build for 10 windows after 1909, came out yesterday...

      I swear I thought you meant rolling back to a 2004 Windows OS (Windows XP). 😬
