Synapse 3 Macro change Popup and Battlefield 5

Hello, since I want to run Battlefield v Games and I want to run razer synapse 3 at system startup I will not see a popup window when I change a macro profile. But when I start up Razer Disable and first the game Battlefield V start and then Synapse 3 It works. I suspect that this is due to the synapse service 32 bit application blocking the Battlefield v. Does anyone have a solution as I could solve the problem on a permanent basis.

    Hello there! Thanks for sharing this to the thread. Have you tried logging in and out from Razer Synapse and see if the issue persists? You can also create a dummy Razer Synapse account to isolate the issue. Feel free to send me a PM should the issue persists.

    Hallo und danke für die Unterstützung. Das Problem mit Info Popup zu sehen oder nicht, liegt nicht am Konto. wieder von vorne. Wenn ich ein System-Startup durchführe und Synapse3 ankreuze (beim Systemstart ausführen), wird alles korrekt geladen. Sobald ich Battlefield V und Spiele starte, wird beim Wechseln von Profilen, die gerade aktiv sind, kein Popup angezeigt. Erst wenn ich alle Razer-Produkte im Taskmanager schließe und erneut starte, erhalte ich die Anzeige zurück. Ich denke, es ist ein Prozess, der nicht startet oder blockiert wird, wenn ich Razer vor dem Booten und dann Battlefield v starte. Deshalb muss ich das Synaps3-Handbuch direkt nach dem Start von Battlefiled V starten, um das Popup zu erhalten

    Hello and thanks for the support. Seeing the problem with Info Popup or not is not due to account. again from the front. If I make a system startup and put a check mark on Synapse3 (run at system startup) everything will load correctly, but as soon as I start battlefield v and games, I will not see a pop up when switching profiles which is currently active. only when I close all Razer products in Taskmanager and start again I get the ad back. So I think it's a process that does not start or is blocked if I have Razer before booting up and then Battlefield v start. So I have to start Synaps3 Manual right after I started Battlefiled V to get the popup
