I’ve had my BlackWidow since 2016 and I’ve never had an issue with the hardware. I love the 5 macro keys on the side, but Synapse 3 seems to have an issue with some softwares that I use. I use very simple macros, M2 is a non-breaking space, for example, and M3 and M4 are copy and paste. My issue is that sometimes, when I want to use M2 to type in a non-breaking space, I instead get a copy action. I’m sure it must be a software issue, as I NEVER have the issue on Chrome, for example, but it happens quite often in Outlook and SDL Studio. I haven’t found any answers, does anyone have the same issue, or better yet, a solution?
