Synapse 3 NOT working

Hello everyone, I am having some problems with Synapse 3. I cant seem to fully uninstall it; I have done the uninstall option through the razer program, tried deleting the folder (says they are still being used, made sure nothing was open in task manager). I cant seem to find a clear answer for my problem. Whenever I try to uninstall synapse, it says its uninstalled through the Razer program, but it still appears in my list of programs. I try to uninstall and it goes through the same thing.

    Before anything else, try disabling all related apps on Task Manager. You will want to untick both auto-launch settings inside Synapse, then reboot. From there, I highly recommend that you follow the first half of our clean installation guide.
