Synapse 3 problem

I
When i install synapse keyboard starts to disconnect and connect every 5 seconds. I tried repairing program, updating it , updating drivers, serial bus controller, windows updates, every thing, rebooting my computer and when i delete synapse 3 all the problem are gone. BUT i want to use synapse 3.
