Synapse 3 - Problems (Unstable / Connections Losts)

I have a lot of Razer products in use:

  • Razer Ornata Chroma

  • Razer Mamba Elite
  • Razer HDK
  • Razer Goliathus Chroma
  • Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended

All Conected via USB 3.1 Hub (and additional Power) and directly to my XMG - Laptop (i7 8th generation, build 2018, WIN 10 Home 1806). Razer HDK is additional powerd by external Power-Plug

When i start Synapse 3.0 all devices lost their connections, freeze or stop working after a short time . When i stop/leave Synapse 3, all Products work and the Light is cylcing (default). Sometimes the Keyboard / Mouse is stopping and are disconnected.

Steps made:

  • Fresh set-up windows 10 (and updated)
  • update all Drivers
  • Fresh set-up Synapse 3 (whithout Hardware)
  • Updated Synapse 3
  • Connect devices (primary Keyboard and Mouse) directly to Laptop (works)
  • Other components connected via USB-Hub (works)
  • Try to connect Keyboard and Mouse via USB 3.0 Hub (works not)
  • Try Non Razer Keyboard
  • Try connection directly to Laptop.
  • Reset Razer Hardware to factory Settings.
  • Testing other Ports and Hub-Setups
  • Always restart Computer on Testing other Configs.

Settings (and results with activated synapse 3):

  • Keyboard direct to Laptop: Keyboard works, Mouse works, HDK-Change Colours)
  • Keyboard and Mouse direct: Keyboard works, Mouse works, HDK-Change Colours)
  • Keyboard and Mouse via USB-3 Hub (directly connected to USB3.1 on Laptop): see below


Results:

  • Mouspads and Chroma HDK works on Hub (Synapse 3 enabled)
  • Keyboard and Mouse lost their connections and stop working (directly and via Hub)
  • Deactivated Synapse let me work.
  • Keyboard sometimes lost connection or repeaaaaaat keypress.
  • When i use an "normal" Keyboard and start Synapse, HDK Change Colours (all other devices hold their Lightning), Mouse stop working. Keyboard is sometimes disconnected.

Any Ideas?

I suspect that a failed firmware update bricked the firmware in two of my devices here and now they will only take stock Microsoft drivers. Synapse 2 and 3 will not longer see my tournament edition mamba, but my black widow TE shows up fine. I've been back and forth with support and they cannot come up with a solution.
