Synapse 3 Profiles Dying

My Tartartus Pro profile in synapse 3 will die when my laptop gets taxed. Firmware drops all the profiles and then locks up, then proceeds to show the loading icon as if it were trying to pull the profiles. I have already changed every profile, including the default one, to do the same thing, and even set the profiles to engage with explorer.exe. Is there any way to keep the profiles constantly on and working? I am trying to use this for work.
