Synapse 3 randomly not working

Hello, I have become highly dependent on synapse (most of the programs I use have practically no buttons on the UI, they are stored on my Tartarus v2 and trinity mouse.) Unfortunatelly, the last few days, although synapse is opening, the macros don't work. I checked for updates and it didn't give any solution. any help please? So far I had to unburry all the menus in the programs I use and cascade them all over my 2nd monitor. It is a big headache.

    How do your devices appear in the Device Manager? Did you install any software or made changes to your computer the issue started? For now, let's do a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following this guide. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your device along with the Synapse logs. You can upload the logs on Google Drive or any hosting site and send me the sharable link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
