Cant reset the keyboard and can't adjust any settings.
Help please

I've had this same issue forever. Razer doesn't seem to have a fix for it. The only thing that worked for me on my old computer was to roll back drivers to a version from August 2019. Sadly I can't roll back drivers that far on my new computer because I never had the older versions installed.
