Title says it all. Naga Trinity came down with double clicking so replaced with a Naga X. Upgraded Synapse to 3 and attempted to bind the same Trinity 12 side button marcos to the Naga X 12 side buttons but Synapse 3 rejects the binding telling me Synapse is required to do this action. Synapse 3 is telling me I need to use Synapse to bind the keys. I tried to do a Profile Import but could not browse locate the Trinity files however the original Trinity Macro definitions do appear in Synapse 3 but I'm not allowed to bind them to the buttons because... well, I need Synapse to do it. Like a dog chasing its tail.

Were there any updates applied to your device or Razer Synapse before the issue? Does the issue happen when the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Let's isolate the behavior by repairing your Razer Synapse. Click this link and let me know how it goes.
