Synapse 3 - Unable to access or uninstall

Hi All, Unable to access Synapse 3. When trying to uninstall it hangs up on the Razer splash screen. Have tried the fixes mentioned elsewhere. Have run the sfc check with no issues. Have updated Windows. Have tried uninstalling via control panel to no avail. Tried downloading and reinstalling to no avail. Have noted that Synapse 3 does not show in quick launch bar. Synapse 2 working fine. Very frustrating. Don't want to have to reformat.
