Synapse 3 Update broke Chroma Connect

Hi,
So after yesterdays update that installed 3.5.930.92510 of the Synapse software Chroma Connect has not been working with my ThermalTake Rinng Plus fans. Before this last update There was no issues in connecting and syncing the lights, but now the only time they sync is if I use "Quick Effect" or "Chroma Studio".

"Chroma Visualizer" or the Program "Wallpaper Engine" used to sync the Synapse to the TT fans perfectly but now they stay locked on the previous color or just go blank completely if I try either of them.

I have attempted a full reinstall of both programs but no fix.

Current ThermalTake software is Ver, 1.3.8, F 2.0.3

well looks like I am not the only one with this issue, has there been any updates to this issue?

I had also contacted ThermalTake and the response from their support team is that

"We actually tested the update last week, it worked fine.

Our software team will contact Razer today see if they change anything after they sent the update to us."

So I wonder if something was changed before the final release

Only that I don't use Thermaltake but ASRock Polychrome... the bug seems to be the same tho, everything works fine with my Chroma Studio sync but as soon as I launch Chroma Visualizer or other connected apps the connected devices won't sync anymore...

I can understand the frustration, its weird that this isn't the first time this has happened with this software.... really regretting getting Razer products now as this is the end result with them.

I have a problem, i have this build:

AIO: ID-COOLING Auraflow 240 x
FANS: DEEPCOOL RF 120 x 4 pieces
Motherboard: MSI MPG B550 Gaming Pro

Peripheric:

Razer Huntsman Elite
Razer Mamba Wireless 16000
and Razer Nari Ultimate with THX

I try to sync my peripheric with the Razer Synapse 3/2 but doesn't sync correctly or don't turn on. Can you fix this problem guys? Is very frustrating

UPDATE: After a few install and uninstall, works, but chroma connect apps doesn't work, the colors on peripheric work, but on a system just stuck on one color

Update: Heard back from support and was told that the Development team will need to look into this issue.
So fingers crossed a solution will be found soon.
