synapse 3 visualizer broken/not working after latest update. new synapse macros not working

Ok, I have spent about $350.00 on lights to sync with chroma visualizer. Since the latest update it has rendered it useless. for some reason it works with the new software synapse 4 with the second app you have to download chroma to get everything to work and customize it...wow 2 apps really for down load, where the old one did both with one app.  also the macros on snyap 3 are alot easier to use. but for some reason they are broken for synap 4. I have did some digging seems I am not the only one having issues on this..  No clues on what to do i have reinstalled razer synap 3 on a fresh build and is doing the same thing.  when you go to the visualizer on the app it says you must first enable audio vis from the chroma apps list to use with in green enable or manage chroma app as options either one don’t do anything and visualizer dose not even show up on the app section to toggle it on or off.
