Synapse 3 will not install

I just got my new pc and was trying to install the synapse software, but I keep getting and error of Insufficient Disk Space. Its a new pc the with only a few things installed and with more than enough space. The full full error code is 1581561795nWSIFy7zRazerPhillipsHueSetup_v3.5.0227.021303.exeInsufficient disk space. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
