Synapse 4 is not opening after buying faker viper v3 pro, but synapse 3 its working perfectly fine

 I reinstalled the synapse 4, I did a CLEAN windows install and still not working, it wasnt working before doing the windows clean install and its not working after the new windows, and just the synapse 4 its not working

    and synapse 4 stopped working after this appeared, first when I bought the mouse I didnt have any problem, after few days I updated my bios and this appeared, and after the LWI Wizard I couldnt use the synapse 4, idk if its related
