Synapse 4 Macro Issue: Mouse Tracking Stops with Keyboard Mapping

In Synapse 4, when I map a macro to my keyboard, the mouse tracking stops working.

I'm using a BlackWidow V4 75% wired keyboard and a DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse.

If I map the macro to the mouse, it works perfectly,

but when I map it to the keyboard, the keyboard functions fine

but the mouse tracking and clicks stop working. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
