Synapse 4 suite freezing causing wolverine v3 pro to be unusable... getting me killed.

Sometimes chroma and synapse 4 will freeze as evident by the frozen rgb and unable to access the software, opening it does nothing. This makes my wolverine v3 pro which JUST got synapse support not able to detect until it unfreezes… it keeps getting me killed. every slam dunk update is ruined by synapse. SO FRUSTRATING…ideas maybe
