Recently I have noticed that my keyboard (Blackwidow V3 Pro) is running out of power without getting any feedback from Synapse. It used to work as expected, letting me know it was time to plug it in and charge.



Just now, I had to plug in the keyboard as the keyboard stopped responding; however, Synapse claims the battery level is at 100%. It does, thankfully, indicate the device is charging; though I have no idea how far along it is.



There was a relatively recent update to Synapse, though perhaps that is just coincidental if the problem is with the hardware. I should note that I do not believe there is any reduced life in the battery. If I let the keyboard charge for a few hours, it seems to last just as long as it did when I first got it.
Were there any changes applied to your device before the issue? Isolate the behavior of your Synapse first by performing a clean reinstallation. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your keyboard via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
