I just got a new PC with WIndows 11 and now my Ornata Chroma keyboard and my Nari headset keep cutting out randomly, even though they are plugged in to the ideal ports. Turning off Synapse seems to help, but my headset still cuts out though the dongle is two feet from me on a front port.

I love the aesthetic of Razer, but I've had such trouble with the software it makes me want to find something else.
