Three different builds spanning about 3 years, each build with a new Razer headset, each build completely new, and this time I even went AMD. All three builds experienced the same infuriating headset disconnection. No, not wireless, I dont do wireless peripherals.
This is plainly a Synapse issue. Your clients stream millions, if not BILLIONS into your company. The least you could do is hire competent programmers to make a functional desktop app.
