Synapse Connect not displaying games at all

Good Afternoon. I used to have the functionality on my blackwidow chroma keyboard, while playing certain games, to have lighting effects that were enabled simply by opening a game, such as call of duty, and playing it. I recently discovered that it's not working anymore and also it's not displaying games at all under the connect. Any suggestions on how to fix this will be much appreciated.
