Synapse/Cortex UI Won't Open

I just picked up a cynosa lite. I own two ornata's, a cynosa chroma, and a deathadder. All have worked with synapse. But as of last night after plugging in the cynosa lite my synapse runs in the processes tab but the UI will not open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. updated countless drivers. I've done everything I can think of and the synapse and cortex ui WILL NOT show up! Please help. I've followed all "solutions" i've searched and nothing seems to work.
