Pretty standard Windows 10 Pro install. Has WSL2, a bunch of games and some Adobe stuff. All legal, nothing nefarious. Hardware: Naga Trinity, Ornata v2.



I sleep this PC every night. Randomly the Synapse software stops working when I wake it up, the devices go back to the default colour cycling (which is slightly out of sync btw), and I have to "End Task" Synapse.



I'd upload my msinfo, but if you're gonna provide an "Upload a file" button, and check the file size, perhaps you should allow zip files?

I have similar problems. Razer Synapse 3.6 goes crazy after windows sleep.

Not only my mouse Deathadder V2, but the mousepad or any other mouse i try to attach in my notebook, for no apparent reason, goes crazy. I can move the pointer and it works only in the taskbar. In other objects, when i click with left button, the window changes to "unselected mode" and I can't click anymore in any object of this window.

Earlier, I used to restart Windows 10 to fix the issue, but now, I close Razer Synapse and open it again to get back to normality.

And like Cx138, I have only genuine software installed on my PC, with Windows 10 Pro as operational system.

I really appreciate if someone would help me with this annoying problem.
