Synapse disabled my keyboard functions

So, I received the halo infinite blackwidow keyboard and been loving it, but then one day the volume adjuster stopped working and I thought I did something that screwed the keyboard up. I tried manually reversing the volume wheel directions in synapse and that didn't work. In fact, the wheel only worked when I pressed it in to mute sound. I then realized that the only time the volume wheel would stop letting me adjust the volume with it was when synapse was running, I tried restarting it, deleting all profile saves and a couple other things but the only way I can get the volume to work is by closing synapse and not using it. Synapse also does not highlight the wheel for volume up/down when I click on them to edit or input any other buttons I assign to them, it will only highlight it when its volume mute selected. Is there any way to fix this or should I just stop using synapse? I have posted this to the support forum but got no advice.

Did you try replicating the keyboard's volume function while logged in as a guest user in the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please reset the keyboard via the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see how it goes. Otherwise, send me a PM including your MSinfo and Synapse 3.0 logs and the device's serial number. Save the files via any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your message.
