Synapse does not always recognize the Blackwidow Elite Keyboard

Synapse 3 does not always recognize the Blackwidow Elite Keyboard. Synapse says, there is no Razer product connected.

I have to crawl often to the back of my computer, disconnect and connect the keybard again, so the keyboard will be recognized and load the profile.

Since I can save profiles to the keyboard, but they will not automatically load, until Synapse has started and recognized my keyboard, is it very annoying, that the essential software does not work.

I also tried with synapse 2 but it seems that synapse 2 can't recognize blackwidow elite and it doesn't matter how often I disconnect and connect the keyboard or restart my computer.

I also reinstalled my whole pc and it doesn't help.

I cant use the keyboard like it was sold and my only choise is to uninstall synapse and go with standard shifting colors, which I don't like, so I completely turn off the lights and have paid much for something I can't use.

It was my first and last buy of a Razer product.
