Hello! I have a some problem with my mouse. I installed synapse 2 on my macbook pro 15 (catalina os), then i opened this app and synapse couldn't detect my mouse ( Basilisk Ultimate), but if i use my razer naga, everything is fine. What's wrong? Who can help me with it? I just see only (PLEASE CONNECT A RAZER SYNAPSE ENABLED DEVICE).

I am running into the same issue with the viper ultimate unfortunately. It works with my old lancehead mouse but synapse 2 doesn't detect the viper ultimate even though support said it should. If the lmb hadn't stopped working I wouldn't have need to upgrade my lancehead, unfortunately now I will have to return the viper and buy a mouse that supports catalina... Can we get an official word on whether they plan to support macOS with synapse 3?

The Basilisk Ultimate and the Viper Ultimate are Synapse 3 exclusive devices, so they will not work with the older app. Also, Synapse 3 will only support Windows moving forward.
Is there any 3rd party software that will support the basilisk wireless for the Mac running macOS Catalina?

As far as I know, there is none. But don't take my word for it, you should still try to look for one.
Ok, im returning my razor mouse and sticking with Logitech. They have a lot of love for the Mac.
