Synapse doesn’t detect my headset

I’ve got a razer nari ultimate for Xbox one and I would like to turn off the hypersens but the synapse doesn’t detect my headset and I’ve redownloaded it, repaired it and it still doesn’t detect my headset so do I need the adapteur for it the get detected ?

    @radioDiamondguide674 @lord-famas Please send me the serial number of the headset and a screenshot of how they appear on the Device Manager. For now, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app and drivers following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
